A town brought to life by the craftspeople
Just like the other villages of Puy du Fou, here we would like to showcase the ancestral know-how of the craftspeople. As you stroll along the narrow streets of the village, venture inside the various stores and discover the world of our craftspeople, who use techniques that have remain unchanged for centuries. Come and meet the “Talmelier” (baker) with his delicious bread, the cooper, the master glassmaker, the saddler, the copyist-image maker and the potter ceramist. You can also admire the work of our enamellers, as well as the sculptors who work with either wood or stone!
A gourmet treat at the heart of the Middle Ages
Among the stores in the village, there are restaurants offering hot or cold meals, so you can treat yourself to a well-deserved break! At the “Taverne”, taste the specialties to share: the Véndée garlic bread or Arthur’s platter. At the “Estaminet”, opt for a salad or sandwich, for a quick bite to eat!
