Le Camp du Drap d'Or
Get a flavour of life during the period of Francis the First and Henry the Eighth of England, for an original and colourful stay! We invite you to come and journey back in time in this family room with all modern comforts, in an original hotel where every detail will make your stay at Puy du Fou an unforgettable one!
Le Camp du Drap d’Or invites its guests to experience a stay in the footsteps of François 1er and Henry VIII of England in one of the flamboyant "logeries" bearing the coat of arms of each crown.
Canopy beds, solid oak turned columns, embroidered tapestries, hammered metal basins and a gilded ceramic bathroom offer a truly royal stay with all modern comforts, in a magnificent setting.
All the decorative elements of the Camp du Drap d’Or, such as the brick, stone, or wooden columns and balusters, have been custom-made, based on period paintings and engravings for an authentic look.
All rooms, measuring 27m², offer free Wi-Fi and a television with access to the Puy du Fou channel, French channels, and international channels.
Le Camp du Drap d’Or offers a dining service at the Deux Couronnes buffet, which welcomes you for breakfast and dinner* (*by reservation).
