Our teams are contacting visitors on an individual basis, in chronological order determined by the date of their visit, starting with the most immediate.

Anyone who wants to contact us directly may do so by email on saison2020@puydufou.com.  As the number of calls and emails we are currently receiving is extremely high, we appreciate your understanding and patience if you experience some delay.

Puy du Fou puts safety at the heart of its opening

Please respect the following measures.

Puy du Fou has implemented a range of robust government-approved safety initiatives:

  • Wearing a mask is highly recommended, and is compulsory in every show, restaurant and other areas.
  • On arrival at Puy du Fou, visitors will be allocated spacious parking places, designed to limit their contact with others.
  • Within the Park’s perimeter, visitor flow will be organised and controlled at all times by the presence of 350 staff, supported by a surveillance video covering the entire park.
  • Every part of the Park accessible to visitors will be constantly disinfected throughout the day (restaurants, grandstands, toilets, hotel bedrooms, shuttle service).
  • Over 250 disinfection points will be available, and signs and information screens will remind visitors of social distancing and other safety procedures throughout their stay.
  • All Puy du Fou staff in contact with visitors will be equipped with personal protective equipment (masks, gloves, visors), and full trained in security and hygiene practices.
  • A doctor and medical team trained in the detection and management of Covid 19 will be on site every day.
  • The entrances and exits to all the shows have been widened and increased in number to allow for social distancing and regular visitor flow.
  • The audience size for each show has been drastically reduced, to enable visitors to socially distance within their own family groups.
  • Each restaurant will welcome just 50% of its normal capacity in order to maintain distance between each table.
  • Visitors will also have the option of a new take-away set menu which will allow them to enjoy a meal in one of the many designated open air areas.

  • Masks must be worn by adults and children from 11 years upwards on site and within the Cinéscénie grounds from the car parks onwards.
  • Protective measures and other procedures will be used that our teams will show you during your visit. Hydro-alcoholic solution will be available at points throughout your visit.
  • People experiencing Covid 19 symptoms must consult with a health professional and are asked not to come to Puy du Fou.
  • In order to facilitate the flow of visitors in a stress-free manner, we ask you to arrive at the entrances 1 hour before the time of the show indicated on your ticket.
  • In case of non-compliance with these measures, we reserve the right to refuse access to the Cinéscénie show. Likewise, our teams will make sure there is compliance with the aforementioned measures throughout the event.
