Frequently asked questions

Q : "What are Puy du Fou's opening days?"
R : Due to the public health situation, we have had to modify the 2021 opening schedule.  Puy du Fou will reopen on 10 June. After that date, Puy du Fou will be open from Thursday to Sunday until 30 June, then its initial schedule will resume until 7 November. You can see the updated opening schedule by clicking HERE.

Q : "Do I need a Health Pass to access Puy du Fou?"
R : We are waiting for instructions from the State Agencies to know if this measure will be applicable, and if so, under what conditions it can be implemented at the Puy du Fou.

Q : "Will you be regulating the number of Cinéscénie spectators?"
R : The Cinéscénie will open on Saturday 3 July. The number of spectators in the stands will be in line with the latest French government specifications and applicable laws currently being drafted.

Q : "At what time will the show Les Noces de Feu take place in June?"
R : This show will end at 10.45 pm in June so we can observe the curfew in force.

Q : "I asked to postpone my visit to 2022, will I take priority for postponement?"
R : Yes, you will have priority for the 2022 season. In early September, we will notify you when bookings are going to open for the 2022 season.

Q : "When will I receive my Cinéscénie tickets?"
R : Your tickets will be sent one month before the date of the show.

Q : "Will the restaurants be open?"
R : When Puy du Fou opens on 10 June, we will open certain restaurants in accordance with the strict sanitary protocols defined by the State Agencies, reducing the capacity of our restaurants to promote physical distancing. We have also expanded our takeaway sales outlets. The few catering outlets where the sanitary protocols cannot be applied will remain closed.

Q : "Will you be regulating the number of visitors to the Grand Parc?"
R : As of 9 June 2021, the sanitary protocol limits the number of people per stand to 5,000. Among the key measures we are taking to keep our visitors safe, we will indeed be reducing the number of people in the stands at our shows to comply with distancing rules. Depending on the health situation and in accordance with the restrictions set by the State Agencies, we may increase this capacity gradually.
