Shortly before dawn the lumberjacks are seen crossing the walls of La Puebla Real to head to the pasture. There they cut chaparros and holm oaks, clean the branches and load the firewood. While the deals are closed, it’s normal to share some lunch on your grill in the heat of the embers. Bourgeois meats are made here.
