PUY DU FOU ESPAÑA OPENING HOURS
Puy du Fou España opens its doors at 11:00h, except in July and August and during the Christmas season, when it opens at 12:00h.
Closing times vary according to the calendar. On days without a night-time show, the Puy du Fou España Park closes at 19:00h and on days with a night-time show, 1h 45min before the show starts.

PLAN YOUR VISIT
We advise our visitors to plan their visit before arriving at Puy du Fou España to make sure they don't miss anything and enjoy their day with peace of mind. Consult the Programme for the day up to 48 hours before your visit, with the times of each show.

If you are visiting Puy du Fou España to enjoy El Sueño de Toledo, please remember that spectators are advised to arrive at Puy du Fou España one hour in advance and the ticket allows access to El Arrabal and La Puebla Real 1h30 in advance.
ACCESS TO THE SHOWS IN THE PARK
To ensure availability and comfort, we advise you to arrive 30 minutes before the show time advertised in the daily Visitor Guide which you can find here, in our mobile app or at the entrance of Puy du Fou España.
EMOTION PASS
For an additional 20€ per day per person, enjoy your visit to the Park with the Emotion Pass. This supplement allows you to benefit from a reserved placement in the stands of the 4 major shows of the Park up to 10 minutes before the beginning of the shows. We advise you to book this supplement, with your tickets or your stay, on our website, or by phone at +34 925 63 01 35 or through the mail comercial.es@puydufou.com
HOURS OF THE NIGHT SHOW
The opening hours of the night show El Sueño de Toledo vary according to the calendar:
21:30h April and October
22:00h May and September
22:30h June
22:45h July and August
Please arrive at least 1 hour before the start of the show. The ticket allows access to El Arrabal and La Puebla Real 1h 30 before the start time of the night show.
Access to the stands is possible one hour before the start of the show. Please be in your seat at least 15 minutes before the start of the performance.
The performance lasts about 80 minutes.
SUPERIOR SEATS AT THE NIGHT SHOW
For €8 more, you can get superior seating for the night show El Sueño de Toledo. This surcharge guarantees you a central seat in our panoramic tribune. This must be booked at the same time as your «El Sueño de Toledo» ticket. It can be purchased on our website or by phone on +34 925 63 01 35 or through the mail comercial.es@puydufou.com
What is the Afternoon Experience: Park + Night Show?
This ticket allows access to the Park from 6pm and includes access to El Sueño de Toledo.
Access to all the daytime shows is not guaranteed due to limited capacity and number of passes. To ensure you can attend all the daytime shows and enjoy the full experience, we recommend the "Full Experience: Park + Night Show" ticket.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO BRING SOME FOOD?
Puy du Fou España offers a wide range of gastronomic options in its Taverns and Pubs adapted to all needs. There are also specific areas for visitors who bring their food from home. The rest of the restaurant areas are for the exclusive use of visitors who enjoy the food purchased at the park's restaurants.
It is forbidden to bring coolers boxes (rigid or not) or similar objects, glass objects and alcoholic beverages.
PRINTED TICKETS
Tickets are valid in paper format or in digital format by displaying them on your mobile device. In order to speed up access and avoid possible technical failures, we recommend bringing printed tickets with you. Each person must present their ticket individually, either printed or on their own mobile device.
UNACCOMPANIED MINOR
Children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Unaccompanied children will be refused entry to Puy du Fou España and all its shows and experiences. Children will also only be allowed to leave Puy du Fou España if accompanied by a responsible adult.
COMING TO PUY DU FOU ESPAÑA IN DISGUISE
For artistic reasons, it is strictly forbidden to come disguised or costumed at Puy du Fou España. Our reception teams will be obliged to refuse you access or to ask you to change begore entering at Puy du Fou España.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO VISIT PUY DU FOU ESPAÑA?
Puy du Fou España is set in a natural environment of around 30 hectares, so we recommend you wear comfortable clothes and shoes for your visit. Also, don't forget to check the weather and the day's temperatures; wear a rain jacket in case of rain or protection against high temperatures.
If you come to see "El Sueño de Toledo", temperatures tend to drop during the night, so keep this in mind!
IN CASE OF RAIN AT PUY DU FOU ESPAÑA
All Puy du Fou España shows are designed to be performed in all weather conditions. The shows will not be cancelled in case of rain. The use of clothing adapted to the weather is recommended.
The use of umbrellas is strictly forbidden in the shows, especially those held outdoors, for reasons of limited visibility of other visitors and for the safety and welfare of the birds. Instead, we recommend the use of raincoats during outdoor shows.
IN CASE OF HIGH TEMPERATURE AT PUY DU FOU ESPAÑA
Temperatures in Toledo during the summer season tend to be high, so remember to adapt your clothing and footwear to your visit. Don't forget accessories to protect you from the sun, use sunscreen and keep cool and hydrated during your visit.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
It is strictly forbidden to bring any type of glass, weapons or sharp objects, dangerous or illicit products, drugs or alcoholic drinks to Puy du Fou España. It is forbidden to bring camping coolers (rigid or not). We also advise you to limit the number of personal items and bags you bring in order to speed up entry to Puy du Fou España.

BY CAR : Puy du Fou España is accessible via the CM 40. We are located 1 hour from Madrid and 5mn for the Historic center of Toledo. For more informations, click here.

VISITOR PARKING
Parking is free in Puy du Fou España. Access is allowed half an hour before the opening of the park and remains open until one hour after the park closes. No vehicle may remain in the car park after the closing time. On the days of the night show El Sueño de Toledo the car park will be closed for the duration of the show and will close 3 hours after the show starts (for example, if El Sueño de Toledo starts at 9:30 pm the car park will close at 00:30 am). PARKING FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES
The Puy du Fou España car park has reserved parking spaces for people with disabilities, marked in blue and located in the areas closest to the entrance gate.
LOCKERS
Puy du Fou España offers a locker service that allows visitors to store their personal belongings in a secure space. They are available in two sizes: small (30x90x50 cm) for 6€ and large (50x90x50 cm) for 8€, plus a 5€ deposit. It is possible to book this service in advance.
ADAPTED TOILETS
The toilets at Puy du Fou España are adapted for people with reduced mobility

TRANSLATION OF THE SHOWS
Enjoy the simultaneous interpretation of El Sueño de Toledo and the main shows of the Park into English and French via our Puy du Fou España Mobile App. The use of headphones is mandatory. If you forget them you can purchase them at our Stalls. To enjoy this service:

3. Access the show information through the map or the day's programming.
4. Activate the simultaneous interpretation and click "Start".
MEDICAL SERVICE
Puy du Fou España's medical team is available throughout opening hours. We have defibrillators throughout the site and an infirmary point which can be found next to the entrance.
