TIPS

So that you make the most of your visit here are some useful tips and pieces of information:
- Car parks are free of charge.
- Dogs and cats are not admitted to the Puy du Fou so that the other animals are not disturbed.
- Picnics are allowed in the Puy du Fou in the specially designated picnic areas.
- Tickets and short breaks booked in advance are neither taken back, nor exchanged, nor refunded.
- Mobile phones must be switched off during the shows.
- Translation headsets can be booked in advance.

… and in particular for the Cinéscénie show:
- The Cinéscénie show is not included in the Grand Parc ticket.
- Camera and video photography is strictly forbidden during the show.
- For your own comfort, we advise you to bring warm clothing.
-Audio Guide headsets are available for partially sighted visitors (booking is recommended).

How do I book?
You can book for the Puy du Fou Grand Parc and Cinéscénie on our website page (page “Book”) or by telephone on 0820 09 10 10. Please note that all our promotional offers can only be booked over the telephone.
Please note that not all our tickets and short breaks are available for sale on our website.

Do you have special group rates?

Do you have special rates for disabled visitors?
Yes, we do offer special rates for disabled visitors. To find out more about these rates, please call 0820 09 10 10, or click on « Groups » or « Works Councils ».

Do you admit motor caravans? Do you have a parking area for motor caravans?
Yes, we have a special parking area for motor caravans. This motor caravan parking area is free of charge during the daytime and is paid for at night from 1am to 7am (5 euros / night).

Do you have a car park for disabled visitors?
Yes, there is a car park close to the entrance to the Grand Parc.

Do you admit dogs and cats? Are there pet boarding facilities?
Dogs and cats (and other pets) are not allowed to enter the Puy du Fou Grand Parc. There is a boarding kennel and cattery nearby in Les Herbiers (route de la Jonchère – near to the Puy du Fou), that you can contact on 02 51 64 93 62.

Is accommodation available at the Puy du Fou? What about Puy du Fou entertainment and accommodation packages? What accommodation can you recommend to us?
